Grand Designs
We offer a bespoke home-building service to buyers in the North East. It’s a very personal service that has been available in the South of the UK for a number of years and we believe it is overdue here. We can offer clients the opportunity to develop their own Grand Design; to build their own Dream Home, using our expertise to take the hassle out of the process.
We will help clients through the whole process, from finding the ideal location, developing the perfect design and getting all permissions to employing our craftsmen to create the finished article. As the client, you will be in control the whole time; we will be there to deliver the home of your dreams.
